BansheesBargain
Lead a doomed crew of cursed pirates through three encounters before the Banshee Queen claims them for herself.
What kind of game is this?
Banshee's Bargain is a short, single-player, turn-based squad-tactics game presented as a digital tabletop, with light roguelite crew-building between battles. Lead your crew through three escalating encounters against the Banshee Queen.
How to play
- Deploy the crew. Left-click a crew card, then place it on a highlighted tile. Deploy at least one crew member before choosing Begin Round.
- Move and act. Select a crew member and move them to a highlighted tile if you want. Right-click that crew member to ready their ability, or select them and press F; then choose a highlighted target.
- Claim cargo. End a crew member's move on the marked cargo tile to earn a one-use Tactic. Tactics do not spend a crew action.
- Resolve the round. Each crew member gets one move and one action. When you are done, choose Pass Actions or press R during the crew phase. The enemies act, then the Queen's Claim countdown advances automatically.
- Survive the Claim. Beginning in Encounter 2, watch the Queen's countdown and Ward vulnerable crew. If the Queen targets a Warded crew member, that Claim is blocked. At Camp, recruit or train crew. Rest raises each living crew member one level (up to the cap) but also makes the Queen's Claim arrive sooner.
